June 10 - into Alaska

Stayed at Cottonwood RV Park on Kluane Lake, YT. So beautiful there, although very dry and in need of rain.

If you travel on the Alaska Highway and see trees like these stumpy ones, brace yourself!!  Road is going to get rough!

And look what we saw this morning!!  A grizzly bear!

We are having lunch, will pass into AK in about 30 km.  So excited!!!

    Wow...just catching up again...lovely shot of a grizzly...they are so huge. What beautiful scenery.
